'Activ' Ltd

The Active Building Company Ltd has more than 13 years of history in the construction industry. For this period over 50 public, residential, power and infrastructural projects of high quality were completed by fixed terms and delivered for execution to the State receiving Commission. The company is a member of the Bulgarian Building and Construction Chamber since 1997 and is a winner of golden and silver awards in the competition for best building practice among the construction companies in Bulgaria. At the moment ‘Active’ Ltd is running procedures for getting certified under ISO-9001.



‘Activ’ Ltd executes real estates business and commerce with terrains of land and building plots. The company has its own production-technical base:

­ Concrete factory; reinforcement yard; iron workshop; carpentry workshop; motor-vehicle repair workshop.

The company has own construction machinery, means of transport, building mechanisation and equipment.

­ Lorry-cranes; excavators; concrete transporters; dumpers; cars; building mechanisation and all type of equipment



For its activity the company is well known in the districts of Burgas, Pomorie, Karnobat, CD ‘Customs’, University of National and World Economics /Sofia/, ‘Bulgarian Post’ Sltd. /Sofia/, The Building and Construction Chamber, etc.
