This company ensures all standard building management services, including television and Internet network maintenance, washing of facades, security and cleaning of professional premises and communal areas. The company will offer the residents of the Complex a new service – a special domestic service alongside standard management services. This company shall gain (till the opening) the ISO 9001:2000 (14001:2004) quality management certificate for the provision of both cleaning and building management services – a guarantee of a highly professional approach and reliable operation.
